About me and my practice

I offer confidential counselling and psychotherapy both face-to-face in Bicester, north Oxfordshire (OX26), and online.

I'm an accredited and highly-qualified psychotherapist with several years' experience working for organisations, helplines, charities and universities, as well as in my private practice (LD Therapy).

I support individuals with a wide variety of problems and difficulties, but I specialise in working with anxiety, trauma, young adults (age 18-39) and dancers/performers.

My approach combines psychodynamic psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which means I offer both practical tools to overcome your current problems and symptoms with space to explore and understand the deeper roots/causes.
